مكمل مايو-إينوزيتول الفائق

Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my energy doesn’t dip as hard in the afternoons—the chromium and maca combo seems to be doing something. The capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste, which is a win for someone who hates pills.

After two months of taking it with breakfast, my cycle regularity is the most measurable change I've noticed, and the maca in the mix doesn't upset my stomach like some other blends. The capsule size is easy to swallow, which is a huge win for me.

The blend of myo-inositol with folate and chromium is exactly what I was after, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Three weeks in, I feel more balanced and my energy doesn't crash mid-afternoon anymore.
